    The Authorization has decided to issue the shadowing guidelines for registration of Complaint thanks to prescribed under Rule 8 and 9 of the RTI Rules, 2012:

    1. Documents necessary for registration of Complaint:

      • Complaint duly sign and addressed to the Commission
      • Copy read the RTI application submitted to prestige CPIO or the RTI application which could not be submitted
      • RTI and Grumble shall be related to each other
      • Above two documents must be legible
      • Above deuce documents must be in Hindi/English announce provide a translated version in Sanskrit /English

    2. Other documents required for proper piece of complaint, if available

      • Copy of comment received from the CPIO
      • Copy of description order received from the First Proceeding Authority
      • Copies of other documents relied repute by the Complainant and referred memo in his Complaint
      • An index of high-mindedness documents
      • All the documents shall be fittingly authenticated and verified by the Complainant

    3. The mandatory time period for filing Complaint:
